In addition to receiving direct deposit receivables "on time" at a more competitive rate than accepting credit card payments, Suppliers qualify for discounts on graphics, printing services, car rental and select hotels. BPA Suppliers have the opportunity of earning a higher rate on deposits when opening a Money Market Account at 1st Financial Bank of Overland Park Kansas.

The Suppliers referral program is a "FANTASTIC" opportunity that rewards Suppliers with cash incentives for referring other Suppliers that sign up as a BPA Program Member. Click on BPA Program for details.


As a Supplier, how do I check the status of my invoices?

A Supplier will receive an e-mail message confirming when a Client transmits an invoice or statement for processing.

A Client receives a one percent tax free rebate on the total amount processed through the BPA Program including sales tax. In addition, a Client will receive a higher Money Market rate through the negotiations between BPA and 1st Financial Bank of Overland Park Kansas and various cost saving perks identified in the BPA Discount Center.

Yes, it is common for a Client to sign on as a Supplier and vise versa. Complete on line or contact your Account Representative.

A BPA Program Client will earn BPA Rewards at the rate of one percent of every dollar processed through the BPA Program, providing the invoice is processed by the Supplier's terms.


How do I track my BPA Rewards?

The BPA Rewards are tracked and displayed on the Client's personalized Reward Center panel as invoices are processed and "BPA Rewards" are awarded.


What is the BPA Rewards Center?

The BPA Rewards Center is a Client's source for selecting and ordering Gift cards and or Cash.


How do I use the Rewards Center?

Simply review your "BPA Rewards" balance, select gift cards, cash or both and submit your order.

You can select "cash" or "gift cards" as listed in the BPA Rewards Center.


Is there a minimum BPA Rewards redemption required for cash or gift cards?

There is no minimum requirement if redeeming for cash. Gift cards are available in specific denominations. The member's Personalized Rewards Center panel will identify the denominations available.


Once BPA Rewards are ordered, how long does it take to receive?

If a BPA Program Member selects cash, deposits are completed each business day at 2pm. Gift cards typically take 3 to 5 business days to receive.


Is there a limit to the BPA Rewards that I can accumulate?

No, there are no limits to BPA Rewards.


Can I redeem BPA Rewards for cash and/or gift cards at the same time?

Yes, you can select any combination of cash or gift cards/certificates equal to the accumulated BPA Rewards.


What should I do if I do not receive ordered gift cards within 5 business days?

Simply click on "Request Information" and request to have your order "tracked". A BPA Representative will contact you with the findings within 24 hours.


How are the gift cards received by a Client?

To assure Client's receipt of gift cards, all cards are mailed "US Certified Mail".
